Using the site
By using withdata.art you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order or create an account.
Your artwork
The generative compositions you create on withdata.art are unique to the data you provide. You retain the right to use your personal artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes. The underlying generative systems, template designs and site content remain the property of withdata.art.
Orders and prints
When you purchase a print, you are buying a physical reproduction of your generated artwork on the materials described at checkout. Production times, shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown before you confirm your order.
Cancellations and refunds
Because each print is made to order from your personal data, we can only accept cancellations or refund requests before production begins. If your order arrives damaged or materially different from the preview, please contact us and we will make it right.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
